This page explains how to delete your Ease Trip AI account and the personal data associated with it. Ease Trip AI is published by Fire Forest Technology.

Signing out is not the same as deleting your account. Signing out of the app removes local session access but does not delete your cloud account or trip data. Use the steps below to permanently delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete your account directly in Ease Trip AI:

Open the Ease Trip AI app and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

When you confirm, we immediately delete your account profile, trips you own, uploaded documents, and your authentication account. This action cannot be undone.

What We Delete

When you delete your account in the app, we delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

Account profile information (name, email address, profile picture, and travel preferences)
Trip plans, itineraries, notes, and other trip content you created
Uploaded files (such as photos, PDFs, tickets, and receipts)
Push notification tokens
Collaboration memberships and trip invites tied to your account

What May Be Kept

Some information may be retained after account deletion when required or permitted by law, including:

Records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
Limited backup copies that are deleted on a rolling schedule (generally within 90 days)
Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you
Server and security logs retained for a limited period for fraud prevention and troubleshooting (generally up to 90 days)

If you participated in shared trip groups, content you contributed may remain visible to other members in a form that no longer identifies you as the account holder, or may be removed as part of your deletion where technically feasible.

Subscription and App Store Data

If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play before or after deleting your account. Payment and subscription records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies and are not fully controlled by Fire Forest Technology.
